Nó́̌b̪v Kēcō̄mr Ni̋ēkēä (/ɛ̌ʒ/ /kíːkʊ̄ɱɜː/ [black] [well; reservoir]) is a subtropical City located in the Voī̂mêē Region of the Goblin Tribes.
The name Nó́̌b̪v Kēcō̄mr Ni̋ēkēä is derived from the Goblin language, as Nó́̌b̪v Kēcō̄mr Ni̋ēkēä was founded by Fyêthèj Tregfèdo Fyëka, who was culturaly Goblin.
Climate
Nó́̌b̪v Kēcō̄mr Ni̋ēkēä has a yearly average temperature of 13°C (55°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 1°C (33°F). Nó́̌b̪v Kēcō̄mr Ni̋ēkēä receives an average of 301 cm/y (118 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Nó́̌b̪v Kēcō̄mr Ni̋ēkēä covers an area of nearly 43 km2 (17 mi2), and an average elevation of 3324 m (10905 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Nó́̌b̪v Kēcō̄mr Ni̋ēkēä was founded durring the late 17th century in early winter of the year 1587, by Fyêthèj Tregfèdo Fyëka. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Nó́̌b̪v Kēcō̄mr Ni̋ēkēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the late 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Nó́̌b̪v Kēcō̄mr Ni̋ēkēä is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Nó́̌b̪v Kēcō̄mr Ni̋ēkēä is buildings are speckled and packed arround spacious packed earth streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the city's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a city. The city is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. The city's exceptionaly well made fortifications have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the city.
Nó́̌b̪v Kēcō̄mr Ni̋ēkēä is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the city like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife. You get the terrible feeling that whatever it was, the wound it left will simply never heal. This city is as a necropolice.

Cultural Notes
Nó́̌b̪v Kēcō̄mr Ni̋ēkēä's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by their massive, monolithic and 'blocky' appearance with a rigid geometric style. It was best known for its rough, unfinished surfaces, unusual shapes, heavy-looking materials, straight lines, and small windows. Modular elements were often used to form masses representing specific functional zones, grouped into a unified whole.
